Here are some neat little Windows cursors I made a while back. The watch was rendered in 3D Studio. The second hand moves in real time (one second = one second) so you can approximate how long a process is taking. To use a cursor, right click it and choose "Save Target As" from the popup menu (or something similar, depending on your browser) and save it to c:\windows\cursors or c:\winnt\cursors, depending on your operating system. Then, open the mouse control panel and change the appropriate cursor to the one you've just downloaded.
